Introduction
Design Build Export (DBE) is a specialized service created
and administered by Rossignol Sourcing. It is used when faster product
development cycles with localized production coordination in Vietnam is
required. The DBE process is a streamlined approach to design, build and
export from qualified factories using a variety of sourced materials.
Rossignol Sourcing coordinates all steps of the design,
build and export process. This includes designer coordination, factory
selection, quotations, sampling, quality inspections and shipping
coordination. Prototype factories are utilized when necessary, which
reduces development time when experimenting with new materials or
complicated designs.

Process
& Timeline
DBE follows a 10 step
process to design, build and export custom made products. We use
your sketches and design details to create working drawings or provide
factory quotes from working drawings you already have. Once
completed, we provide quotes and estimated lead times from only qualified
production factories. Our technical teams are university graduates
with hands-on experience (all designs held in the strictest confidence).
